Karen Morris, Engagement Director, Travel Counsellors Karen joined Travel Counsellors from its inception and has been an integral part having progressed through the business holding various operational roles, including Operations Director, a position Karen held for nearly two decades before moving into her latest role as Engagement Director. Karen’s role oversees all of the engagement of our individual business owners - a significant community now numbering over 2,200. Karen's extensive experience and commitment to building strong, personal connections and relationships contributes to the success and collaborative nature of the Travel Counsellors community.
