Karen Liebenguth

Karen Liebenguth is an experienced leadership coach and likes to work in London’s parks and in the countryside taking her clients on immersive coaching days in the beautiful Surrey Hills, or along the stunning shoreline of the South Coast. Karen is trained in transpersonal coaching, eco-psychology, mindfulness and compassion practices. She is a member of the Association for Coaching and the British Association for Mindfulness Based Approaches. Her approach focuses on creating a larger coaching space enabling her clients to slow down, move out of their daily routine and from everyday thinking to explore their inner and outer life: emotions, fixed beliefs, biases, motivations, actions, mindset, attitude, purpose, values and relationships. Karen is from Germany but has lived in London for twenty-four years. Spending time in nature has been an integral part of her life and work.
