Jocelyn D'Arcy is Founder and CEO of Poindexter Labs, the expert reasoning data company building high-fidelity training data for frontier AI models using an academic peer-review model - not factory workflows. She holds degrees from MIT, Cambridge and Oxford, and spent two decades in mathematics education before working as a senior reviewer and technical project manager at Outlier, Scale AI's data production subsidiary, and Labelbox.
