Jo Barnard

Jo Barnard is the Founder and Creative Director of industrial design agency Morrama. She is an experienced designer, who founded the consultancy just one year after graduating from university. A champion of female empowerment within design and of the role of sustainability to create a better design industry, Jo has established an incredible understanding of all things design. From the idea curation phase right through to manufacturing and distribution, she continues to push the boundaries of innovation with Morrama on a day-to-day basis. She has worked with start-ups and scale-ups such as Wild, Elvie, Quell, Apex Rides and Nurosym.  As one of the few female design founders within the design, innovation and STEM industries and part of the LGBTQ community, Jo has been featured in BBC CEO Secrets, WIRED, TechRound, and has been named as one of the top 10 women to watch in tech and STEM.
