Jim Rudall

Jim has spent 15 years in commercial leadership roles in eCommerce and Martech. Initially at Experian Marketing services before founding his own consulting firm working for pioneers in the space such as e-dialog, Epsilon, ATG and e-Circle. More recently, he has worked to scale out commercial GTM teams for high-growth tech firms such as Usablenet and Rakuten. He joined Shopify as Head of Revenue for the EMEA Region where he built the EMEA Sales operation before moving to Intuit Mailchimp in April 2023. In his role, Jim leads the EMEA strategy as Mailchimp breaks into new markets and maintains leadership in established territories.
