James Swaffield is a Managing Director at Capita Learning. He is an experienced senior leader with 20 years’ experience of driving change; whether that is digital transformation, operational excellence and efficiency, restructures or as often the case, a combination of all 3. He has delivered successful outcomes leading large operational teams as well as complex transformation programmes. Since joining Capita in September 2020 James has led the transformation of apprenticeship delivery across a range of public and private sector clients.
