Hans, engineer graduate from TU/e and a familiar face in the entrepreneurial landscape since the age of 20. Before that, he was founder of startups Vention and Amber (exit: Mywheels) and since early 2023 working with Neople to make artificial intelligence accessible to all employees. At Amber, he saw how fast the developments around AI were going, but also how difficult it was for companies to keep up. At the same time, the current tight labour market was rapidly increasing the workload for support employees. That had to be done better and smarter, he thought. Based on a shared passion to solve this problem, he and co-founders Job Nijenhuis, Bas Ploeg, Menno Zevenbergen and Sander Kok started the 'temporary employment agency for digital colleagues'.a's.
