Gent Ahmetaj, PhD, Head of Insight and Analytics at Mindtools. Gent is a mixed-methods research specialist dedicated to making complex information accessible and actionable. With 15 years of experience spanning advanced analytics, behavioural science, and multi-disciplinary research, he has worked in both corporate and academic settings. He has led product innovation teams for multinational companies and spearheaded sustainability initiatives in the Balkans, bridging the gap between data and real-world impact. He holds an MA in International Relations and a PhD in Organizational Behaviour and Design from Warwick Business School. Gent is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), the Academy of Management (AOM), and a fellow of the Royal Statistical Society (RSS). His work focuses on how learning and organisational development can drive meaningful business outcomes.
