Gabriella Hernandez

Gabriella is the Head of Communications and Sustainability at Metta, a company that designs and delivers research and programmes to support entrepreneurship, sustainable innovation, and economic development. Gaby is also the Head of Communications at the Boeing-led Aerospace Xelerated startup accelerator programme, where she leads strategic communication, PR, and brand positioning to amplify the accelerator's global presence and engage key stakeholders. With a background in law, public policy, and finance, Gabriella has 10 years of international experience managing projects and campaigns for startups, corporations, government, and not-for-profit organisations. A Climatebase Fellow, she was previously awarded for her advocacy work on sustainability and increased marine protections in her native Cayman Islands.
