Felix Undeutsch is CEO & Co-founder of hivr.ai, an AI-powered platform automating meeting and group bookings in hotels and venues. hivr.ai enables hotel chains around the globe to reduce response times, increase conversion rates, drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction. Previously, Felix led similar innovations at Expedia Group, focusing on meeting and group sales automation. He holds an MSc in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris and has been recognised for his technology-driven contributions to the hospitality industry with awards including the IHA Startup Award, the Fiylo Innovation Award, the VIR Innovation Award and the Freiburg Innovation Award.
