Emily has over 10 years of B2C and BCB marketing and customer strategy experience, working at Tyl by NatWest since 2019. Her role centres around building the customer experience, proposition, and insights team at Tyl, with an ambition to automating the predictable to deliver the best possible customer experience to Tyl’s customers. Prior to her current role, she was Interim Head of Marketing at Tyl as well as a Senior Marketing Manager.
