Dr Stuart Grice

Stuart is a neuroscientist and one of the co-founders of FitnessGenes.  FitnessGenes is a multiple award-winning genomics platform that analyses a person's genetics, assesses needs and risks, and then tells you how to eat and exercise. At FitnessGenes, Stuart investigates how biological variation impacts an individual's fitness, health, and disease susceptibility.  As a former academic at the University of Oxford, he published work that looked to understand the genetic causes of neurodegeneration, metabolic dysfunction, and neuropsychiatric disorders. His ultimate goal at FitnessGenes is to drive innovation that provides personalised, practical, and achievable lifestyle changes that promote long-term health.
