Dr Emelina Ellis

Dr Emelina Ellis, Chief Clinical Operations Officer at Spectrum.Life, is a chartered counselling psychologist and a member of the Board of the EAPA (Employee Assistance Programme Association). Emelina has many years' experience in leading Global EAP Clinical teams and works on the development, service delivery and clinical governance of Spectrum.Life. She splits her time between clinical practice, service-level clinical governance, and supporting the Mental Health teams who work with service users (individuals and company clients). Emelina is passionate about increasing understanding and developing awareness around mental health, eliminating barriers to accessing care, and ensuring evidence-based, clinically robust services are delivered across all areas of Spectrum.Life’s business.
