Donna Wilson, a mum of two, has been named one of the UK’s 100 most inspiring small business owners for 2025 by the Small Business Saturday campaign, thanks to her remarkable journey in founding Forever After Collective. After being made redundant twice and facing personal challenges during the pandemic, Donna turned to self-care to support her mental health, launching her first side-hustle, A Fizzy Tale, in 2021. Her passion quickly grew into a full-time business, and by 2023 she had established Forever After Collective - a creative hub in Castleford, Yorkshire that now supports nearly 50 local makers, artists, and small businesses. Donna’s mission goes beyond retail; she’s built a space where mental wellbeing, community, and creativity come together. Her story is one of resilience, purpose, and a deep commitment to helping others shine.
