A psychotherapist with over 20 years’ experience in mental health, Donatella has a special interest in eating disorders and expertise in depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, low self-esteem, and children and young people mental health.  Donatella delivers research based psychological therapies designed to improve mental health difficulties, and is a regional Scottish supervisor and adjunct faculty member of Professor Lock Training Institute for Eating Disorders (University of Stanford).

How to support employees with eating disorders

This week is Eating Disorder Awareness Week (26 February – 3 March). It is an important week, as it is estimated that 1.25 million people in the UK have an eating disorder, which equates to almost 2% of the population. This means that for every 100 employees, you could have two who have an eating disorder.
