Declan is the CEO of teamGenie, a global company specializing in designing, coaching, and developing teams driven by the mission to transform every team.  Declan created teamSalient, the only team effectiveness tool accredited by the BPS globally. teamSalient puts the insights and tools directly into the hands of teams to help them drive change and improvements. Declan is Professor of Leadership Practice at King’s College London (KCL) and an Advisory Council Member of Harvard Business Review (HBR).
