  David James, Chief Learning Officer at 360Learning, is an expert in Learning & Development after spending nearly 30 years in the sector, including as Director of L&D at Disney EMEA. His experience spans the corporate world and cutting-edge startups, including at UK startup Looop which was acquired by 360Learning in 2021. David is also the host of The Learning & Development Podcast and has interviewed hundreds of L&D professionals over the years, covering topics such as skills-based learning, AI in L&D and measuring business impact.
