Danielle Chetwynd

Danielle is a Corporate Legal Director at Duncan & Toplis Legal Services. Danielle is a Corporate Solicitor with substantial experience in complex reorganisations (including demergers, schemes of reconstructions and share for share exchanges), share and assets sales and other company law matters. Danielle previously worked in the corporate legal team at PwC and has acted for a variety of clients in a variety of sectors ranging from large corporates to small private businesses. Her career highlight includes completing a 26-step pre-sale reorganisation for a client followed by an on-market third-party sale, achieving a number of personal and tax objectives for the client, but also enabling the client to facilitate a deal structure that suited them. Danielle prides herself in providing “headache-free” practical legal advice coupled with excellent customer service.
