Daniel is a Senior Associate in Forbes' Commercial department. Daniel acts for clients on a local, national and international basis in connection with commercial and intellectual property matters.  Daniel's practice focuses on the identification, protection, commercialisation and enforcement of intellectual property rights both in the UK and overseas. He is regularly instructed by his clients in connection with both non-contentious and contentious intellectual property matters before the Courts and UK Intellectual Property Office, and manages diverse IP portfolios inclusive of both registered and unregistered intellectual property rights. From a contractual perspective, Daniel has significant experience in connection with drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, with a particular focus on complex technology matters and those which relate to the creation and commercialisation of intellectual property rights.
