Chris Spillman

Chris is a key and trusted advisor to clients of the firm worldwide, with a particular focus on corporate and commercial transactions. Chris worked in the Private Equity group for Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago before buying, transforming and then selling a business process outsourcing company. Founding Biztech Lawyers’s predecessor firm in 2015, he later served as General Counsel for the NYC-based fintech Quadpay before, during and after its acquisition by Zip Co and was responsible for all operational, partnerships, financing, contracts and compliance matters for the company.
