Chan Chi Ling

Chan Chi Ling is currently Deputy Director at Open Government Products and Smart Nation Digital Government Group (Special Projects). She began her public service career as a futurist within the Prime Minister’s Office (Strategy Group), and later served in the Ministry of Health where she set up an experimental technology sandbox in late 2020 to modernise healthcare technology. As a product manager at Open Government Products (OGP), she led the development of various healthcare products, including a suite of systems to accelerate Singapore’s Covid-19 vaccination rollout (vaccine.gov.sg) and antigen rapid testing, as well as Sync, which enabled new ways of storing, exchanging, and sharing Covid-19 data. She currently leads Policy and Corporate Operations functions within OGP, where she has established Vertically Integrated Policy Teams for officers from across functions to work in integrated ways to tackle challenges in healthcare, anti-scam efforts, technology financing, and cloud infrastructure.
