Caspar Rose

Caspar Rose trained in Michelin-starred kitchens and completed his culinary apprenticeship at Aria Restaurant Sydney. A former competitive swimmer, rugby player, and rower, he co-founded Fresh Fitness Food and served as CEO, building a wellness portfolio that included Detox Kitchen. He scaled the group to over £10M in revenue and 100+ employees before its acquisition by Calo Inc. Now GM of Calo UK, Caspar leads operations for one of the world's fastest-growing food tech companies, backed by over £50M in funding. Outside of work, he mentors former inmates transitioning to employment and serves as an ambassador for London Soup Kitchen.
