In her role as UK Country Manager at Welcome to the Jungle, Caroline is responsible for the business’ UK commercial and operational efforts, and has expertise across a variety of topics relating to job recruitment and workplace culture, including DEI; workplace transparency; employee rights and real fulfilment at work. A proven leader in tech, Caroline is passionate about inclusive people management and development, and has previous experience working at some of the world’s largest businesses, including Google.
