Andrius Juozapaitis

Andrius Juozapaitis, Co-Founder and CEO of Algori Andrius began his career as a technology and management consultant, working on strategy and transformation projects at firms such as EY and Samsung SDS, where he developed an early understanding of how data and technology drive retail performance. He later became Head of Innovation at a leading Baltic energy group, launching one of the region’s first corporate venture capital funds focused on energy tech. This experience led him into entrepreneurship, and after relocating to Spain, he co-founded Algori in 2019, inspired by the challenges FMCG companies face in market measurement and consumer insights. In parallel, he is also an active angel investor in early-stage data and AI startups.
