Andrew Grimshaw

My name is Andrew and I am the Founder of MYLO Create. I partner with Founders and Tech teams to help with their scaling challenges. I often partner with them in a fractional Head of People / People & Culture Director. I help them build a scale up plan centred around their mission and vision, configuring their leadership teams and build performance improvement initiatives to help make it easier for their teams to get stuff done. Think; defining roles and responsibilities, process improvements by facilitating group discussions in a practical and pragmatic way. I also work with more established Tech businesses to help improve their People & Culture practices. I am passionate about the startup ecosystem and helping to connect fellow enthusiasts for the greater good of entrepreneurship and our future generations.
