Alexandra Geelan

Alexandra Geelan and Zoe Mortimer are the co-founders of Hemisphere Consultants, a legal consultancy specialising in supporting female and minority-led businesses. Alexandra is an Australian qualified lawyer with over ten years' experience, working in family law, wills and estates, conveyancing, disputes and litigation, commercial law, corporate law and employment law.  She now focuses on the law working with scaling and high-growth tech companies on their contracts, templates and compliance. Zoe is a commercial lawyer with over ten years’ experience in commercial and corporate law, most specifically working within technology and enterprise services, she has a focus on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion implementation.
