Alex Ramamurthy

Alex Ramamurthy is the CEO and Co-Founder at Mirthy, with over 10 years experience within technology startups and social impact organisations, with a focus on improving later life living. These include VolunteerReady, a volunteer recruitment platform for charities created from his own poor experience whilst registering as a volunteer with Age UK. Most recently, Alex was CEO of a national care sector organisation with awards won for excellence and turnaround, and also led the Care Innovation Hub as Chairman, a care sector incubator programme. Alex has seen the effects retirement had on his own parents and believes in turning their retirement, and millions of others around the world, into more active years through technology innovation.
