Agata Suwala

Agata Suwala, CEng is a Technology Manager at MTC specialising in automation and robotics. With over 13 years’ experience in research and development, she has led the delivery of innovative automation solutions for aerospace and other advanced manufacturing sectors. Agata is the Programme Lead for the MTC’s Automation & Robotics Technology Accelerator (AURA), supporting the growth of UK robotics and automation start-ups and scale-ups. She also serves as Entrepreneurship Chair for the European Robotics Forum 2027, helping to strengthen the UK and European robotics innovation ecosystem.
