WearM.AI is a spin-off from the University of Twente in the Netherlands, developing advanced wearable technology which aims to enhance sports performance and prevent injuries. The company’s focus is on creating smart shoe devices equipped with optical sensors that provide real-time, in-depth analysis of muscle and joint health during any physical activity that can act as an AI digital coach.

Its flagship product, Beyond 01, is an ultra-compact shoe pod that captures extensive data during exercise sessions. Utilising AI, it delivers personalised coaching to improve performance and reduce injury risks.

The Beyond 01 was recognised as a 2025 CES Innovation Awards Honoree in the Fitness category.
