Launched by Women’s Business Club in 2013, Women’s Business Awards is quickly becoming a recognised brand in business excellence. It’s free for anyone to nominate throughout the year until the end of October at which point the voting opens.

The event, which will take place during the first week of December with USA kicking things off on 1st December followed by UK on 2nd December, Australia on 3rd December, Canada on 4th December and finally ending off with South African on 6th December. All of these festivities will leave into the global Women’s Business Conference happening for 48 solid hours between 14th and 15th December. 

CEO and Founder of Women’s Business Club, Angela De Souza, will kick off each event with one of her inspiring business talks drawing on her years of experience in supporting women in their business or career that has now become the global brand that it is today. Angela is one of the UK’s leading entrepreneurs and is set to provide all with her inspiring stories along with practical and honest business advice.  

Angela commented: “I’m always so proud to see women across the world come together to support and celebrate each other. My only regret is that every single person can’t win an award as they all shine one way or another. But alas, there can only be one winner per category, so good luck to all who have entered.” 

According to the Women’s Business Council there has been a ‘significant shift’ in the experiences of women in the workplace in the last five years. But there’s still challenges to be overcome. We want to give women a boost and empower them to confidently take the next step in their working lives. There is nothing more boosting to confidence than an award nomination!
