Switchee supplies advanced devices to more than 130 social housing providers, improving the living conditions for tens of thousands of residents. Its technology helps prevent mould, reduces heating bills by up to 17%, and enhances communication between tenants and providers, achieving an 88% response rate within 24 hours.

The fresh funding will enable Switchee to accelerate its growth, aiming to install its devices in one million UK social homes. The company will continue to provide real-time data for housing providers, facilitating proactive measures against mould and fuel poverty.

Additionally, Switchee plans to advance its Trusted Installer Network, streamline the supply chain, and expand device deployment through initiatives like the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF). The company remains dedicated to its status as a leading technology B-Corp in social housing and will invest further in R&D to minimise its environmental footprint.
