Marketing gurus to enlighten the Virtual European Startup Festival 2020
The European Startup Festival 2020 is an online, warm-hearted, diverse annual event of the European Startup Association to celebrate an inspiring community of entrepreneurs and investors to interact with all the stakeholders of a borderless startup ecosystem. It will take place between 16th and 21st November 2020 during the Global Entrepreneurship Week.
The Festival offers compelling keynote speeches from renowned entrepreneurs, professionals, and investors from all over the world, including Mitch Joel, one of the biggest names in marketing, and Roger Dooley, the pioneer of the applied neuromarketing.
Mitch is the bestselling author of business and marketing books such as ‘Six Pixels of Separation’ and ‘Ctrl Alt Delete’. He has been called “the Rockstar of Digital Marketing” and “one of North America’s leading digital visionaries.”
Roger is an author and international keynote speaker. His books include Friction: The Untapped Force That Can Be Your Most Powerful Advantage ( It is named one of the Best Business Books of 2019 by strategy+business) and Brainfluence: 100 Ways to Persuade and Convince Consumers with Neuromarketing. He’s been a serial entrepreneur since he left a senior strategy position at a Fortune 1000 company to enter the then-nascent home computer market.
Each day of the festival will focus on one of the following six key topics: innovation, marketing, funding, team building, sustainability, and well-being. The daily program includes a keynote speech, a panel, and a workshop, besides networking and business matchmaking
Matching With Investors and Networking
During the panels, the experts and the keynote speakers will share their insights, experiences, and knowledge on the topic of the day with the participants. Startups and investors that are members of the European Startup Association can enter the process to be selected and matched during the event. Startups and investors can join the association for free.
The Festival also focusses on networking for all the participants as there will be virtual tables to meet other participants face to face - just like in the real world.
This Year Will Be The Third Edition
The Festival is an annual event organized by the European Startup Association, this year will be the third edition of the conference. The first European Startup Festival was held in Turin, Italy and the second one was organized in Malmö, Sweden.
Both of the events were immensely successful. Hundreds of participants attended the conference from across the world from Europe to Asia, to Africa and America.
The European Startup Association was founded by Adriano Travaglia and Christine Michaelis. Adriano is a lawyer who has 20 years of experience, investor, and serial entrepreneur. Christine is a start-up Coach and Mentor, author, entrepreneur, and marketing expert.
A Borderless and Collaborative Startup Ecosystem
Adriano and Christine created this European community for all stakeholders: start-ups, investors, public and private agencies, cities, accelerators, incubators, co-working spaces, and universities. Their mission is building a borderless and collaborative European Start-up Ecosystem for all stakeholders involved.
This year the European Startup Festival supports the people who are affected badly by the economic impact of COVID-19 and makes a donation-based type ticket option for those. So people who cannot afford a ticket can select “Donation” as a ticket type and then choose the amount they want to pay, instead of the regular price of the ticket."
