The Singapore x Europe Innovation Partnership Forum (SEIPF) is a pitch competition conducted 100% online, free for startups, proposed by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), the lead government agency in charge of industry development in Singapore and co-developed with Actavia, Co-Creation Lab and Pufferfish Partners. The SEIPF of 5 days online pitch sessions, where 50 innovative European tech startup finalists will get to present their solutions to close to 20 leading Asian corporates represented by innovation and investment decision makers in Singapore. Unlike other startup programmes, this is a demand-led innovation programme where the Asian companies’ votes determine the top 50 startup finalists, and not the programme organisers.

This is an unparalleled opportunity for European startups to gain access to more than 20 of the leading Asian customers, investors and co-innovation partners across diverse industries, in one single platform. Before pitching, a startup finalist already knows that a potential Asian client, partner or investor has confirmed interest in their solution.

• EDB will share the pitch deck and contact details of the startup with the organisations who registered interest, so that the startups can still be contacted after the event. 
• An assessment session will be offered after the event with startup acceleration & industry experts Actavia Consulting, Co-Creation Lab and Pufferfish Partners to provide guidance on the startup journey in Asia.
• Free pre-event pitch coaching sessions by SEIPF’s co-organisers who are experts in the tech ecosystem. 
• Exclusive passes to EDB’s line up of startup conferences (Singapore Tech Forum 17 – 20 November 2020) and events in Europe and Singapore. 
• Mention of their nomination in the events communication and PR campaigns in Europe and Asia.
• The top startups of each category may, at the interested corporates’ discretion, be given grants for subsidized Southeast Asia market access programs such as Design Sprints, Discovery Mission and Acceleration Package.
