Helsinki opens 90 Day Finn and Venture Nordics Programmes 2024
Helsinki Partners is now accepting applications for its acclaimed 90 Day Finn and Venture Nordics Programmes, offering opportunities for C-suite executives, international fund managers, and business owners seeking to expand their reach into Europe.
The 90 Day Finn Programme, initiated by Helsinki Partners, has garnered significant recognition from sources like Forbes, The BBC, and Fortune since its commencement in 2019. This pioneering programme has evolved to attract over 6,000 applicants and boasts 40 influential alumni. Its success has paved the way for new initiatives like Venture Nordics, providing exclusive access to Helsinki's top-tier business environment and rapidly growing venture capital investment landscape in Europe.
The 2024 edition of the 90 Day Finn Programme is now open for applications, with a deadline of the 29th of February, 2024. This year, the programme invites 15 business professionals to experience life in Finland from August to November 2024. Participants will have the opportunity to live and work in Finland for up to 90 days, engaging in business visits, networking events, and leisure activities suited for families. The programme, now in its fourth year, emphasizes Nordic innovation and enhancing international business opportunities. In 2024, it introduces a new format, as explained by Sami Häikiö, Programme Manager at Helsinki Partners: "The 2024 version of 90 Day Finn will kick off with a 30-day intensive immersion, recommended for all participants, and continue with an optional 60-day period."
Additionally, Helsinki Partners has launched the Venture Nordics Programme, accepting applications until the 18th of February, 2024. This new initiative, designed for international fund managers and Limited Partners (LPs), focuses on investment and operational strategies in Finland, building on the foundation established by the 90 Day Finn. Venture Nordics, running from the 30th of May to the 7th of June 2024, is a 9-day immersive journey into Finland's venture ecosystem. It aims to facilitate connections between international investors and Finland's key venture capitalists, startups, and other critical ecosystem players in sectors like gaming, software, greentech, and medtech.
