Fyxer AI secures $30M to expand AI executive assistant platform

Fyxer AI, creator of the AI-powered executive assistant designed for everyday professionals, today announced a $30 million Series B funding round led by Madrona, with participation from Lakestar Capital.

Previous investors include 20VC, 20Growth, and Salesforce founder Marc Benioff. As part of the deal, Karan Mehandru, Managing Director, Madrona will join the Fyxer board. This investment will accelerate product development, delivering intuitive AI tools that working professionals can easily adopt, freeing them from routine admin, and allowing them to focus on high value work.

Fyxer AI has experienced rapid adoption, growing from $1 million-$17 million Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and +180,000 users in just seven months, generating over 15 million draft replies, and capturing over half a million meeting notes. This has resulted in a category leading user retention rate, with 90% still using the product three months later.

"In today’s world, productivity has become a privilege often optimised for tech savvy individuals and designed for those who already have dedicated assistants. But most work doesn’t happen in corner offices. It happens in overflowing inboxes, in client meetings, and on office floors," said Richard Hollingsworth, CEO, Fyxer AI. “We created Fyxer to solve the draining cycle of repetitive yet essential tasks that consume professionals' energy and limit their potential.”

Tech-related jobs make up just over 5% of the US workforce, while professionals across sectors such as professional & business services and education & health services represent around 36% of employment. Fyxer serves this vast majority, the professionals who just want a tool that actually helps them, instead of adding another layer of complexity. It combines essential tasks like email management, note taking, and scheduling into one easy to use platform, eliminating the need for multiple specialised tools.

Polling of 1,000 US workers commissioned by Fyxer shows just how much professional time is swallowed by routine administration. Fifty-nine percent say they regularly feel overwhelmed by tasks like emails, meetings, and coordination, which stops them from focusing on meaningful work. Over half (51%) report spending more than a quarter of their day on these activities. Most strikingly, 72% say it would be beneficial if their employer provided AI-powered executive assistant tools to help them focus on higher-value work.

With this Series B funding, Fyxer will enhance its product capabilities, accelerate its expansion in the US, anticipating a doubling of its team over the next three months, primarily through US-based hires, and further evolve the platform's natural language chat capabilities. This evolution marks a critical shift for Fyxer from a reactive assistant to a true strategic partner, one that understands you and anticipates your needs.

“Right now, screens dominate our lives, but too often they're just draining our energy instead of amplifying it. Fyxer flips that narrative,” said Archie Hollingsworth, Co-Founder and CRO of Fyxer AI. “We see a world where time on screens is minimised and impact at work is maximised. Professionals should be free to excel at the uniquely human elements of their roles.”

Fyxer AI supports a wide variety of everyday roles including realtors managing numerous clients, factory leads handling extensive supplier communications, and office coordinators managing multiple schedules.

Its impact is demonstrated through partnerships with leading organisations in both the UK and US. in the US, eXp Realty rapidly expanded from an initial trial group of 40 users to 2,000 users within eight weeks, utilising Fyxer to improve efficiency across their broker network. Similarly, In the UK, Knight Frank, one of the world's largest privately-owned real estate brokers, successfully transitioned from pilot to full contract adoption within just 8 weeks, significantly streamlining their internal communications and administrative processes.

“Professionals around the world are moving beyond tools that merely help us work to agents that work alongside us, handling high-context workflows like email, scheduling, and coordination,” said Karan Mehandru, Managing Director at Madrona. “Fyxer’s growth and user engagement reflect a delightful product pairing a deep context engine and memory, setting a new standard for what knowledge work can be, and what AI’s true potential is. We’re thrilled to partner with this world-class team in their mission to make productivity accessible to all.”
