Flametree collaboration with Mexican Fintech NOVACARD

Flametree has recently announced that Mexican fintech NOVACARD has officially deployed Flametree’s agentic AI to power its next stage of growth. This collaboration will let NOVACARD scale efficiently while maintaining high-quality, personalised customer service.

This will assist new credit card holders with their first transactions, eliminating potential confusion and building confidence from the start. Flametree’s AI agents engage in friendly, empathetic conversations that guide customers through that initial experience while also handling general inbound inquiries with clarity and efficiency.

Since the deployment, NOVACARD has achieved up to 2.5× lower operational costs compared with fully human support teams – without compromising service quality. Integrated directly into NOVACARD’s CRM, Flametree’s AI agents now handle the majority of common customer inquiries while continuously A/B testing the balance between AI and human support, enabling faster and more consistent service. By taking over routine requests, Flametree’s AI frees human agents to handle more sensitive cases that truly require human insight.
