AND Digital and Google Digital Garage partner on AI skills training courses
AND Digital, the international tech consultancy, has partnered with the team at Google Digital Garage to deliver a new suite of trainer-led courses for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) looking to grow their AI and digital skills to stay ahead in the digital market.
These short courses focus on fast-evolving technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, and Data, drawing on AND Digital's proven expertise in delivering impactful, future-focused tech training. The programme also integrates key human skills such as leadership and problem-solving to ensure practical, real-world application.
Google Digital Garage is a Google programme that helps people to grow their careers or businesses, by learning new skills and making the most of digital tools.
Google looked to expand its curriculum with new subjects that reflect the most useful and in-demand digital skills for every digital-age worker and business. The team at Google turned to AND Digital following the release of their "The Nature of the Digital Skills Gap" report, which showcased the company's expertise in helping businesses navigate digital transformation.
The partnership resulted in a series of eight high-impact, trainer-led courses specifically designed to meet the evolving needs of SMBs. Developed through robust research and user insights, the courses deliver actionable learning outcomes, equipping participants with practical digital skills they can immediately apply to drive business growth and innovation.
Sarah Lewin Product Marketing Manager, Grow with Google said: "We have really valued having AND Digital work alongside our own internal experts, to help us with revamping our Google Digital Garage curriculum this year. AND Digital's access to a broad range of technical expertise and first-hand experience in helping businesses with digital transformation has made them a valued team player in driving success for the project. Their knowledge and experience have helped us solicit a diverse range of perspectives on how we can make our offering as helpful as possible for our learners."
To date, more than 3,400 learners have completed the new courses, equipping businesses and individuals with the practical AI skills needed to compete in today's digital economy. In addition to course development, AND also trained and coached Google's own trainers to deliver the content, ensuring the program could scale sustainably while maintaining a high standard of technical delivery.
Mike Lee, President of AND Digital said: “The pace of technological change means digital skills are no longer a 'nice to have,' they're critical to business resilience and growth. We understand our clients are under pressure to navigate complex, rapidly evolving technologies, which is why we've invested heavily in our capabilities across AI, Cloud, and Data. Through our collaboration with Google Digital Garage, we've brought that expertise to bear in shaping a learning experience that not only reflects today's needs but equips both businesses and Google-trained experts to deliver long-term value at scale.”
By combining Google's global reach with AND Digital's expertise in digital skills development, the initiative empowers more businesses to seize digital opportunities and build resilience in an increasingly competitive market. The program remains cutting-edge through continuous updates aligned with Google I/O and Gemini releases, keeping learners up to date with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies.
