FemTech Conference 2025 brings together female industry leaders and entrepreneurs

More than 200 participants and 15 invited speakers from FemTech, Women’s Health startups, and international companies – including Flo Health, Heartery, Remote, Doctorina, Soula, and OrangeSoft – will highlight and explore key topics for discussion and future solutions. 

On stage, the following speakers will present: Helene Chernogolova (Lead Talent Partner at Flo Health), Masha Karachun (Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at Remote), Antonina Stebur (Head of Academic WinTech), Tatsiana Kirimava (CEO OrangeSoft), Eugenia Makarevich (App Product Manager at Mira), 

Inspiring role models are at the heart of the program: Darya Tsarik, Founder of Doctorina, Vera Reshetina, Co-founder of Heartery, Natallia Miranchuk, Founder at Soula

The program moderators will speak: Darya Ksianzova (Brand Director at Zubr Capital),  Hanna Samarskaya (Co-founder and Head of Women in Tech Project), Irina Hliabovich (Chief of Staff at Neon Inc).

During the main program of the conference, the format of Speed Mentoring will be held – express consultations in the direction of career growth, leadership, etc. At its core, FemTech Conference 2025 will be a platform for networking and new collaborations. 

The final event of the conference on March 7 will be the Women in Tech Award (a closed ceremony), which will honor women who have made outstanding contributions to the development of IT and the community.
