Born in Coventry to parents who had emigrated from India in the 1960s, David is particularly passionate about giving diverse communities the opportunity to succeed. A staunch advocate for women, ethnic minorities and social mobility in technology, David is committed to helping emerging talent realise their potential in digital careers and has helped thousands of young people secure roles with blue chip organisations. As of 2022, Sparta Global has provided training and career opportunities for more than 2000 people in the UK and is a proud talent partner to more than 100 organisations.
