Personal branding agency WOAW announces arrival of 26 year-old CEO
London based personal branding agency WOAW have announced the appointment of Freddie Paxton as their new CEO - taking over from Joe Binder, who founded the company.
WOAW’s primary focus is on building and scaling the online reputations of the world’s leading figures in business. Freddie, 26, joined as an Account Manager in the midst of lockdown — a few months after being made redundant from his previous job.
Fast forward to 2023 and he has now taken control of running the business. Its founder, Joe Binder, also 26, said:
“Fred has been instrumental in the business’ growth and development since 2020. He knows WOAW inside and out, and I can’t wait to see his very exciting plans come to fruition. It couldn’t be in safer hands.”
On those plans, the intention from here onwards is to take WOAW to new heights
“I couldn’t be more sincere in saying how much potential I feel this business has”, said Paxton.
“We’ve already achieved incredible things - we’re the standard setters in this industry. We were the first UK based company to specifically focus on building personal brands for business leaders on social media. We’ve done brilliant work for some of the most amazing clients, and we have an outstanding team full of creativity and knowledge. There’s a real platform for us to build from.
“The future is about taking what we’ve got, maintaining our reputation as the best, and diversifying. It’s an exciting time for us.”
