Forbes unveiled its eleventh annual 30 Under 30 Europe List, spotlighting the region’s most dynamic young innovators, entrepreneurs and changemakers shaping the future of Europe and beyond. This year’s list marks a defining milestone, as the first edition composed entirely of Gen Z honourees, signalling a new era for the 30 Under 30 franchise in Europe.
Notable list makers from this year’s U30 package include:
- Owen Cooper, actor and youngest-ever winner of the Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Limited Series (Entertainment)
- British actor, Louis Partridge (Entertainment)
- Ellie Kildunne, rugby player for the England national team (Sports & Games)
- Miha Jagodic, cofounder of Bloq.it (Manufacturing & Industry)
- Maria Marti Garcia, founder of Five (Finance)
- Nick Nijhof and Bob Verlaat, cofounders of Hears (Retail & Ecommerce)
- Olivia Ferro and Chloe Ferro, cofounders of SheMed (Science & Healthcare)
- Clarisse Beurrier, cofounder of Cell craft (Social Impact)
- Saaras Mehan, cofounder of Jack & Jill (Technology)
“As we enter a new era for Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe, this year’s Gen Z honourees represent a generation inspiring their peers and redefining ambition, innovation and impact in today’s world,” said Alexandra York, associate editor, 30 Under 30. “From building industry-defining businesses to shaping culture on a global scale, they are setting the pace for what comes next.”
The average age of list makers this year is 27, with the youngest, actor Alfie Williams (breakout star of horror sequel 28 Years Later), aged just 15. 74% are founders or cofounders of companies and many of the other honourees are actors, musicians, creators, or athletes building their own brands. Collectively, members of this year’s list have raised over $900 million in funding – up $100 million from last year. The 2026 honourees hail from over 20 countries, ranging from Germany to Denmark, while the most popular cities that list makers call home are London, Zurich, Berlin and Paris. For the first time, more than three quarters of this year’s list (76%) identify as Gen Z – born in 1997 or later – a massive jump from under half, 44%, last year.
The 2026 list recognises standout talent across a broad range of 10 sectors, including: Art & Culture, Finance, Entertainment, Manufacturing & Industry, Media & Marketing, Retail & Ecommerce, Science & Healthcare, Social Impact, Sports & Games, and AI.

The 30 Under 30 Europe Class of 2026 will join Forbes’ global Under 30 community, a network of over 10,000 influential innovators worldwide, including more than 3,000 in Europe. These individuals, who have been featured on previous lists, are using their sharp entrepreneurship skills and distinct passions to drive positive change and leave a lasting impact on society and the world.
The 30 Under 30 Europe list makers will be celebrated at an exclusive invitation-only event, in partnership with BNP Paribas Wealth Management, taking place in Paris on June 16.
