Ruth Hallett loves turning ideas into reality. Ruth has over 20 years of project and programme management delivery experience.  She trained at KPMG and since then has worked on a vast range of IT and change projects for both commercial and public sector clients. Ruth quickly builds strong working relationships, empowers teams and develops the skills of those around her. 

Her First Class degree in Political Science, Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing, PRINCE2, MSP and Scrum Master Certification ensures she has a good understanding of theory to support her practice. In addition, to running her own consultancy firm for 16 years, she has also been a Managing Director of Mountain Bike Clothing Company and a trustee for two charities. Ruth enjoys new challenges, working in new environments and successfully delivering change which brings benefits to people’s lives.
