Rebecca Kelly

Rebecca Kelly, is a solicitor specialising in Commercial, Intellectual Property and Information Technology (IP and IT) and data protection law (including GDPR compliance). She has been practising as a qualified lawyer since 2002 and  loves what she does. Rebecca trained and worked, post qualification, in London and moved to Leeds in 2004. In 2024, following her experience in commercial business law, Rebecca and her colleagues launched shizl, accessible legal documentation and storage for businesses.  With over 20 years of global experience in the executive search industry, Louise works at the forefront of change every day. When businesses are navigating transformational change, the talent they have is critical to success.  Fuelled by the power of people, connection and culture, Louise founded Matches Talent in 2018 to disrupt the traditional approach to headhunting. Fast forward to 2025 and Louise and her team are trusted to deliver Executive Search, Executive Coaching, Executive Consultant and Executive Retreats by clients all over the world.
