As Head of Brand and Communications at InPlanet, Giselle is establishing and building a strong, trustworthy and scalable brand presence for carbon capture market audiences, as well as larger audiences beyond the industry. Giselle is a Design Strategist who has worked primarily in design, marketing and brand strategy, creating environmental, social and economic value for a variety of brands. In 2020, she founded the first life-centered design consultancy in the Caribbean, worked with a UK women’s empowerment and reforestation charity to plant seven million trees across the tropical belt, and has been recognised as part of a team awarded by Canada’s Ministry of Innovation, Science and Economic Development “New Frontiers” Grant, which supports world-leading “interdisciplinary, high-risk, high-reward research”. Giselle enjoys working with bright people on massive, complex problems, in service of our collective, thriving future. Also, she does everything with a whole lot of love and joy.
