Firmin Zocchetto is a French entrepreneur. He is co-founder and CEO of PayFit, a payroll and HR process management solution. PayFit has almost 16,000 customers in France, Spain and the UK, for whom it automates payroll, social security declarations and personnel management. After a preparatory course at the Lycée Sainte Geneviève in Versailles, where he met Florian Fournier (CPO and co-founder of PayFit), Firmin Zocchetto went on to study at ESCP (where he headed the ESCP Challenge association) and did an internship in M&A at Citi. His entrepreneurial spirit convinced him to leave ESCP to found PayFit in 2015 with his partners Florian Fournier and Ghislain de Fontenay (whom he knew from his school days at Laval). Firmin Zocchetto and Ghislain de Fontenay (CTO and co-founder of PayFit), who were still at school, had already set up their first business: a social network for meeting foreigners to learn new languages, converting 6,000 users.
