Ethan Black is a finance and consulting professional with a specialization in financial modelling, forecasting and financial due diligence for M&A. He has assisted organizations and clients with gaining a deep understanding of the financial impacts of the various options available at key decision-making junctures. At Sapling, Ethan has designed, executed and maintained models for multiple $100M+ revenue M&A deals and FP&A overhauls. Ethan’s education includes working towards his CFA designation (Level III candidate), and a Bachelors of Commerce from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University (Ontario, Canada).
