This acquisition consolidates TeamSystem's presence in Spain’s software solutions market for SMEs and professionals, where it has already made significant investments, spending over €180 million since 2021. The company has built a solid foundation in the region through previous acquisitions, including Software Del Sol, Billin, Acumbamail, Aplifisa, and Asesor Excelente. The purchase of Distrito K not only extends TeamSystem's reach into the mid-market segment but also bolsters its strategic presence in the north of the country.

Distrito K is an ERP solutions provider for SMEs, with a projected turnover of €8.5 million in 2024 – an achievement that would mark a 100% increase from 2020 to 2024. Established in La Coruña in 1997, Distrito K brings nearly three decades of expertise to the sector, serving 3,600 medium-sized companies that depend on its business management software. The company has developed an extensive in-house portfolio of both horizontal and vertical solutions tailored to various industries in the Spanish market. Among its offerings, Distrito K has created a powerful ERP system featuring advanced scripting programming for high customisation, compatible with mobile devices and eCommerce applications.
