Saudi Financial Academy and AstroLabs Partner to Launch Future-forward Fintech Bootcamp
The Saudi Financial Academy and AstroLabs have come together to offer a future-forward data for fintech training program aimed at inspiring the next generation of fintech pioneers in Saudi Arabia. Taking place in May 2023, the program will provide young, ambitious individuals with an opportunity to immerse themselves in a five-week bootcamp exploring data technologies, AI-powered technologies, data analytics, as well as business & prototype development.
"This program is designed to help young people in Saudi Arabia turn their ideas into reality and contribute to the growth of the fintech industry in the Kingdom and beyond," said Roland Daher, AstroLabs Chief Executive Officer. "The Fintech Bootcamp provides the youth of Saudi Arabia with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in this dynamic and fast-paced industry. At AstroLabs, we believe in the power of technology and entrepreneurship to drive real impact" concluded Daher.
The program aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, the Kingdom's ambitious plan to diversify its economy and embrace technology and innovation. The Fintech Bootcamp will culminate in a five-day collaborative sprint where participants will work closely with industry experts and mentors to bring their fintech solutions to life. Participants will have the opportunity to develop either a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) or a prototype, which they will then pitch to a jury on demo day.
This program represents a unique opportunity for young people in Saudi Arabia to develop their skills, network with industry professionals, and gain valuable experience in data and AI technology. Participants will receive mentorship and guidance from experts in the field, who will provide them with insight into the challenges and opportunities of the fintech industry and help them develop their ideas into sustainable and scalable solutions.
