Jarvis & Finity simplify pension management for the growing temporary workforce

Jarvis has partnered with Finity to simplify pensions management for businesses in the recruitment industry. This integration will also act as a platform for direct access to pension data through a unified system.

With around 1.5 million temporary workers in the UK, managing multiple pension schemes for workers on short-term contracts is an administrative challenge for businesses. The partnership will provide companies access to a comprehensive pension solution with real-time updates, automated pension contributions, and a retirement calculator for employees. It will also simplify compliance with audit-ready reporting and unlock tax-saving benefits such as the automatic activation of salary sacrifice, which reduces National Insurance Contributions (NICs) for employees and employers.

The partnership will also equip recruitment agencies and umbrella companies within the Finity ecosystem with access to the Jarvis workplace pension. Designed as a modern alternative to traditional auto-enrolment pensions, like NEST, Jarvis’ workplace pension simplifies pension contributions, optimises investments, and gives employees more visibility and control over their pensions.

Royden Greaves, CEO and Founder of Jarvis, said: “At Jarvis, our focus has always been on transforming pensions from a complex necessity into something accessible and engaging for all types of workers. Through this integration, Jarvis will save Finity valuable time while reducing costs and administrative burdens for recruitment agencies and umbrella companies. Jarvis is here to create an easy-to-use platform that enables all workers to take control of their pensions.”

Officially launched in January 2025, Finity is the evolution of recruitment back office software provider, Codatech. Building on the firm’s successful legacy, Finity will transform the way the temporary recruitment sector operates and represents a fintech revolution.

Luke Pilfold-Thomas, Chief Strategy Officer of Finity, said: “Here at Finity, we have a very bold mission to bring true financial unity, not just to the recruitment industry, but to the entire recruitment ecosystem. By partnering with Jarvis, we are taking another step towards this aim, empowering recruitment agencies and umbrella companies to not only process payroll at scale but to provide pensions management and compliance, all under one system.”
