Invex Ventures acquires fintech infrastructure platform Manigo

Manigo, a fintech infrastructure platform based in London, has been acquired by the established investment firm Invex Ventures, known for its focus on the fintech sector.

This acquisition adds Manigo to Invex’s growing portfolio, which includes companies like The Minted Edge, TrustXPay, Reconx, NovaGlobal, and Minted Connect. With this addition, Invex aims to enhance Manigo’s capabilities in core banking and vendor orchestration, further expanding its platform’s reach.

Manigo offers a comprehensive, turnkey solution for businesses looking to launch branded cards, accounts, and payment services. It has already integrated with 23 vendors, including ten banking rails providers and three top issuing processors, and serves clients across the UK, Europe, Saudi Arabia, and the Americas.

Manigo’s platform plays a crucial role by simplifying the often complex and costly process of vendor integration, acting as a unifying layer that ensures smooth operation across various services. Without a solution like Manigo, businesses would face lengthy development times and significant expenses. By adopting its platform, clients can save around £4 million and reduce their development timelines from nearly two years to just two months.

Shahid Munir, General Partner of Invex Ventures, comments on the acquisition: “Reflecting our commitment to supporting forward-thinking fintech companies, we’re delighted to bring Manigo on board. We’ve already seen how the company’s innovative SaaS solutions have truly simplified the way businesses can deliver banking and other financial offerings and we are looking forward to working with Manigo and its clients now, and into the future.”

Olya Parafiyanovich, co-founder of Manigo, adds: “With a wide array of specialised solutions, we believe the future of Fintech lies in seamless and resilient infrastructure connectivity. We are on a mission to deliver it to the market. Partnering with an established investment firm with deep experience in technology and fintech starts a new chapter for Manigo, as we shift our focus entirely towards tech enablement. With their support, expertise, and resources, we’re looking forward to multiplying vendor integrations and expanding our global market presence, continuing to simplify Fintech by removing the technology barriers for our clients.”
